"Great location for families"

Great location and lovely street, drive big enough for 2 cars. Well equipped and decor nice design. Plenty of cleaning materials, washing up liquid, etc... Nice to see place mats and Bath mat which is good with kids. Towels were provided and clean. Comfortable beds and sofa.

The recycle bin inside hadn't been emptied ( which host apologised for). The bins outside had no room for our rubbish. Could have been touch cleaner in some areas. Some of cups in cupboard hadn't been washed in dishwasher properly and white sheet on sofa bed had stain on. Some scuffs on walls. Only 4 chairs and property was for 6 people.

Good location for our requirements,, and close to the Racecourse for our event. Modern with quality furniture and appliances. Quiet area.

A couple of small issues which we have informed the owner of privately, with positive response. Nothing to effect the rating.

Beautiful new build house on nice quiet estate. Everything you needed, great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Spotlessly clean. Would stay again next time I’m working in the area
