The property is fine. There is only problem, which is pretty big, the bedroom downstairs is hard to enter (as you can see from the pictures the stairs are very steep and short and they don’t have a handrail to safely walk downstairs, but the problem is the same room is underground and it’s very dump and full of cockroaches, the room was full of poison as we found some of them dead on the ground in the morning. Some were still alive so I can let you imagine how nice the awakening

Very nicely located in the centre. Walking distance to many attractions and easily accessible for taxi drop off. It hits the basic needs for a group of 6 persons. Three of the Bedrooms are nicely sized and comfortable. Kitchen is also a good size and has the basics. No need for lift as it is on the elevated ground floor (there about 6 steps to the apartment). It was easy to get into the apartment through a key box on site.

Only one bathroom, the fourth bedroom is not easily accessible as you have to go down steep wooden staircase and it's under street level. Kitchen is not really well equipped, we were even missing teaspoons and no cloths to dry the plates with. A bit of a cockroach problem aswell throughout the house. Water heater needed to be reset twice. Door to the apartment building has broken glass that might me dangerous if with children - and the door is never locked.

Property was lovely and ideal location.

We had no hot water and heating. Owner was uncontactable throughout our staff when trying to resolve this issue.
