Great host, you feel at home. Comfortable beds. Yummy cookies.

No hot water in the shower and no washbasin in our room.

The host Johan is very kind and puts a lot of effort into making his guests feel comfortable and he will help you with whatever it is you need. The place was clean, there is a refill station for drinking water, Johan will bring you breakfast and chat with you every morning.

The lack of ac was a mild drawback but it doesn't get too hot in the rooms due to the high ceilings.

Good local breakfast! Johan is a incredible host. He gave us all the information for our hike of Ijen to be stress-free and very enjoyable.
