"Very bad experience!"

I has a special request for a check-in time of 23:00--24:00 at this location and has been approved, with no extra charge for this request. But when we arrived around 11:15pm, we could not check in because there was no personnel there, and the person answered the phone asking for extra charge for sending someone there.
