Arrived at property. It was in a residential road and the property was in complete darkness. Rang the doorbell and knocked for 5 minutes with no response. They did not provide a contact number to call, only contact through email. After waiting for a while, called a taxi to Premier Inn at a different location. They insisted on payment upfront, which was provided via app. Emailed to ask for refund. Sent response that we did not contact them to check in. We tried to no avail. Disgusted with the service as one of party was disabled wheelchair user. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Very conveniently located close to London Heathrow Airport. Ideal place for an overnight layover in London. The owner let me check in late, also gave me a ride to airport next morning. Room was clean with comfy bed, fresh towels and supplies.

We did not find it safe at all. That place was pitch dark . And there was no signs of a lodge rather its a house.

It was a house not a lodge. That is the thing I did not like.
