Had the whole place to myself and all amenities were to a good standard.

Good location for those who need to stay near Heathrow Airport. Yet this location is used for a scam.

Avoid it at all costs. This property has a scammy approach and tries to squeeze more money out of you. We were traveling with a 3-month-old infant and an 8-year-old kid, and our flight was canceled, so we needed a quick stay near Heathrow. ~9:30 PM I booked this property for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 kids and paid via booking.com. I messaged the host for the check-in instructions. No answer, so I called them. The host said that there’s an additional £30 fee per kid, which must be paid in cash at the property or via bank transfer - but only if you have a British Bank account. It was written deep in the description to scam people with kids who may be in a hurry when looking for accommodation near the airport. We agreed that there would be no extra charge for the infant. Instead of going to the booked property, I had to find an ATM at the airport and pay extra fees for a cash-out. During our 8-day visit to London, we needed cash for the first time. ~10PM I messaged the host that due to the ATM search, we may be a few minutes late after 11PM. He answered they leave the property at 11:00 PM by taxi, and there is a £40 fine if you are late. We managed to make it in time (~10:40 PM), and then the host sent us instructions for self-check-in. So this mandate to be there by 11PM was only to give them this extra cash for kids. But there was no one at the property. The host said he would send someone to collect the extra fee. The whole story about the person leaving at 11PM by taxi was a lie, made up to squeeze an extra £40 fine for being late. As we had an early flight, we needed to leave the property at 4AM. Yet I couldn’t go to sleep - I had to wait for this person who came only before midnight. Polite, smiling, yet eager to take those extra £30 for the kid. I will report this property to Booking.com - hopefully, they will close such scams. If not, my recommendation is simple: avoid at any cost.
