Convenient location

Having to pay refundable damage deposit.Having to pay £12 parking when it was not a car park but drive in front of house. Had to wait an hour at the property to get key code for front door as host did not reply when I tried to phone or message him.No towels in the room had to wait an hour before host brought them.No kettle in the room had to go downstairs to the communal kitchen.

Pitch black house on arrival. Demand for £100 deposit. Unprofessional person answered the mobile number printed on their site! Seems like a dodgy operation!!!
