For Students Only - Little Patrick Street in Belfast

Good position, close to city centre. The room was spacious enough and the kitchen was in good conditions, although you needed to ask reception for kitchen utensils

The room had really the bare minimum. I booked for two people and was only given one set of towels (dirty!!), when asked to get new ones they only gave me two tiny ones and not a shower towel. There was no bin in the bathroom and no bin bags, only a bin with no bag on the kitchen counter which is quite unhygienic. The sheets did not smell nice and overall the room was quite dirty, hair on the floor and sticky floors. The joke is we also received a check out checklist expecting us to mop the floors?! When it was also dirty to begin with? The mattress had strings coming out. I understand this is a student accommodation but 1. We are paying a hotel/b&b price and 2. This is not a decent standard, student accommodation or not

I liked that the on-site team gave me the quickest check-in ever after the off-site literally harassed me. At 08:30 the night before I was due to arrive, I received a message from the off-site team informing me that my documentation did not meet their "standards" and that if I could not provide additional proof that I was a student, they would not let me stay. I contacted the property several times before I began my inevitable travel to Belfast. The property refused to resolve the matter and then ghosted me when I requested a refund. My only option was to go to the property and talk to reception, who immediately gave me my room once I gave my name, they were obviously not aware of the offending messages their off-site team were sending me. After staying one night in the apartment, I finally got a response from the off-site team, who told me I would have to "organise alternative housing arrangements". I ignored the message and continued my stay. My trip to Belfast was ruined by your off-site team's complete incompetence, and only for the on-site team having no knowledge of the issue, I would have had to take legal matters against this subpar and vaguely dirty apartment complex.

I did not like the property breaking numerous consumer protection guidelines. What the property tried to do to me was illegal. They attempted to make me pay for a service, cancel at the last minute and refuse to give a refund. This is a breach of contract. This property then attempted to hide behind its own cancellation policy. However, when it is the property that is cancelling, the cancellation policy does not apply, and they are required to give a full refund. Had this property checked my Student ID before accepting my booking, then they could have refused my service. That is not what happened. I was put through undue distress and anxiety due to their disregard of contract law.

I should not have been allowed to book the room as it was for students onl( i am a student but didn't have the right id as I still at school)

Great location

Very unclean! Toilet and shower was not cleaned from the previous person, the towels were not fresh and had stains on and the room, fridge and sheets had an awful smell. The bed was also very uncomfortable and there was no mattress protector which I was disappointed at. Overall, I am very upset with my stay and don’t think it was worth the money.

Everything was better than what i expected! the facilities are great!

The bed was a little bit hard (nevertheless, it is a minor detail).
