Customer service was awful

I loved the single room, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was new.

The towels and the pillowcases weren't that great in terms of materials and quality.

The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfy, showers and towels were clean. Helped that they left toiletries since mine was binned at the airport. The location was close to the city centre and was safe and had a takeaway shop and Tesco close-by. The kitchen was also spacious and had many sitting areas although I didn't use it.

Under the bed had some dirt that was too visible to have been missed during cleaning. The view from my window was meh!

Great location, clean. The only downside is it was so warm. We were on the 11th floor so heat rises and the windows don't open much (for safety reasons obviously), but it didn't detract from our stay.

We arrived at 11.40pm to be told, we could not stay as we were not students. Had to book a hotel last minute, costing £440 for two nights.
