1024号室に入室したが空調が悪くフロントに言うと全館空調に切り替えると言われ外出　戻ると何も直っておらず再度フロントに苦情を申し出て部屋を変更してもらった 1024号室は入り口の椅子の上に扇風機が置いてあり空調が機能していないのはホテル側は理解していたにも関わらずその部屋を提供し　変わった部屋には扇風機は置かれていなかった 不誠実

広くて清潔な部屋だった。充電用の挿し口も3種類あって困らない。 韓国政府の方針で使い捨ての歯磨きセットをおいていないという説明をしてくれた。

市内から少し離れている。でも地下鉄で20分ぐらいなので、特に問題はない。

"Good location but rooms need renovation!"

The location near my customer's home.

The rooms have never been renovated and after 20 years (perhaps more), I believe they should. This time the ventilator at the entry of my room made the noise of a jet engine...
