Excellent Staff and Service

the rooms were not spacious. Bathroom shower wasn't clean. Very tiny elevator, had to wait long time to catch one. Hallway carpet was extremely dirty and not enough light. Though very friendly staffs who attending our needs. However, won't be staying in the future or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely zero customer service, no room service for 3 days we were here. Shower had draining issue and too tight space for toiltet. Beds were really uncomfortable and room was too small.

Dr. (Staff) was amazing. Thanks you Over All staff was very nice . Food was good.

I will not book this hotel for the cost we had paid. Broken shower, noisy air-vent and damaged iron.

The location bits closer to masjid al Nabawi otherwise it's not worth the money you pay they just hand you keys and that's it no service

We chose this hotel as it was closest to the haram and there was an offer on it, entrance of the Masjid was still further down but over all good distance from Masjide Nabwi. It's an old style avergae hotel with all the basic facilities. Staff is very understanding and helpful.

Great location. WiFi hardly worked though in the room. It only worked when it did in the lobby.

The staff provided exceptional service, particularly Financial Manager Mr. Ziad, who extended his assistance beyond financial matters. Furthermore, Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Taha and his team, including Alaa, demonstrated professionalism and ensured a comfortable stay. We express our sincere gratitude.

The whole toilet was flooded and I had to go to front desk to ask manager before they did anything. Very small room, even the triple family suite. Not staying again.
