Leoscar Apartment in Catania center Self Check-in

The host was very keen to help. However I hope he could pay more attention to the cleaniness of the flat.

We booked both flats. Got no problem with the room on the left. Quite new, spacious and clean enough. However the room on the right was much smaller, less new and in a pretty poor state. The living room aircon got damp/mold smell. There was food left in the fridge from previous guest. The bath room was not cleaned - water scale, moldy shower curtain, sewage flies (Yikes). Also like other guest pointed out, there was yappy dogs nearby that barked pretty late into the night

Contesto degradato. Quartiere sporco e maleodorante. Edificio sporco nelle parti comuni. Puzza intensa fuoriuscente dagli scarichi in bagno. Appartamento di dimensioni super minimal ben al di sotto di come indicato in pubblicità.

Clean and comfortable … an excellent stay. Accidentally left an iPad and owner immediately contacted me and made arrangements to return it. Great service

Dario was fantastic. Very helpful with any questions we had and always a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt very welcome.

The apartment is lovely, has everything you need and very well located. Dario is a very responsive and friendly person, the check in was easy and Dario helped with guidances to visit the city and where to visit. I strongly recommend anyone staying in this apartment when visiting Catania.

The rooms are big and tidy, the location is okay. Also the host is friendly. We didnt like the bathroom, since it was not clean and there was hair in the shower canal.

Spacious clean rooms, super comfortable bed, very close to the city center, kind and responsive host, easy to check-in. It was nice to have the kitchen and table, for work/dine. Excellent Wi-Fi. We truly appreciated the large bedroom and balconies (2!) to hang clothes/towels, as well as the kindness of the host to provide snacks, coffee and water. There are a lots of small cafes and taverns/grills near by. Walkable distance to main attraction and museums. Everything was like the pictures! We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property. Big thank you to our host.

The A/C (heating) in the bedroom was not working, but the one in the living room compensated. The shower could use some new caulking, but the bathroom itself was tidy and very clean.
