Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait sur une petite rue tranquille mais à deux coins de rue de la mer et sa malecon, à 1,5 km de la Zona Romantica. Il y a beaucoup de restos, épiceries, galeries d’art, boutiques etc La chambre et la terrasse privée étaient parfaites. La chambre est grande avec beaucoup de fenêtres donc très spacieuse et lumineuse. La terrasse privée est très grande avec une vue sur les montagnes au loin, c’est également sur la terrasse qu’il y a la cuisine et son comptoir bar. Nous y passions nos avant-midi et fin de soirée tellement c’était agréable! Il y a également une très jolie piscine et une autre terrasse, ouverte à tous, d’où l’on peut voir la mer et les couchers de soleil. Leonardo est un hôte très gentil, calme et disponible. Il a été d’une grande gentillesse quand nous nous sommes embarrés à l’extérieur de notre chambre le premier soir! Petit truc, quand vous êtes sur la terrasse laissez vos clés dans la serrure de la porte, de cette façon elles ne seront pas à l’intérieur si vous fermez accidentellement la porte hihi!

Sur la terrasse privée, l’ajout d’un parasol serait apprécié quand le soleil plombe sur la terrasse à partir de midi à 5 pm Également, un peu plus d’ameublement confortable sur la terrasse commune. Mais ce sont des détails.

What a wonderful rustic Mexican place to stay for your vacation in Puerto Vallarta! Its location is very convenient, close to the Malecón and Old Town. We were greeted by the manager, Leo, who was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always available and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment we rented was spacious and very quiet, especially at night—perfect for resting after a busy and fun day in this great city. The cost of our Airbnb was very reasonable, and we truly felt we got great value for our money, especially considering how expensive accommodations in Puerto Vallarta can be nowadays. I strongly recommend this Airbnb for its location, price, and beautiful Mexican charm.

Great location: very close to Malecon and everything you ever need. Looks exactly like pictures posted on the site

Bien situé à quelques minutes de marches du Malecon, mais loin du bruit. Très tranquille, confortable et propre. La piscine fraîche et la terrasse avec une vue sur la ville et la mer sont un plus.

Location was great. The staff were all very friendly.

The owner/ caretaker was lovely and communicated quickly and efficiently. Loved the unit I stayed in as it had an outdoor kitchen and a large private patio. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room. Everything was clean. Plants / foliage were lovely. Cinco de Deciember was a lovely area, close to everything I wanted.

I struggled in the bathroom as the room was quite narrow and I’m not a large person. Most likely the other rooms had larger bathrooms. The water temperature while showering was inconsistent and showering was unpleasant for me. Sewer smell from the bathroom sink. The pool was beautiful but not practical for swimming.
