The use of the key box was ideal. No issues using the code.

There is limited parking beside the house itself and have to park a few streets away. But given this is an old town with very narrow streets that was to be expected.

Location of property and layout. The property has been cleverly designed. Owner however was unapologetic when we phoned about issues. We were grateful for our stay but disappointed with service from host and condition of property.

We arrived and prepared dinner, grill and oven were filthy. Towels in bathroom were non absorbent and flimsy, no chopping board/bread board, no oven gloves. Cutlery drawer was messy and dirty, dinner plates were dirty and needed washed before we used them. Central heating came on during the night, while we were staying it was a heatwave.

Location. It was warm when I arrived which was good as I was soaked having walked from station

The bed was not comfy

Near the centre of Dunblane with easy access to other places in the area. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Comfortable and cosy despite freezing temperatures outside.
