ZAZAThe houst was friendly and help us with our stuff to the room.
No bath mat in bathroom and for shower. No mirror in room. My bed mattress was not clean. People talking and sitting near our window so we couldn't sleep until they left.

My booking was not confirmed by the lodge and my booked family suite was given to another customer? The replacement room was unacceptable small! But... Thank you... The Manager was willing to assist and replace us in a similar type of family suite. Appreciated🤗
