Shower needs revamp. Tiles coming out. Had to always ask for towels and soap.
ZALocation and view great. Parking ok, but with more bookings it will become problem
When I arrived I had to keep on asking for somebody to assist me with booking in. Staff ran around shouting at each other. There were no towels in the bathroom although it was on the item list of the room. There was no electricity and no communication of what the problem was or when it would be solved. We were not offered any other form of light or candles. Next morning 9am still no electricity. There was a generator on site, which they did not offer to run just even for an hour to make a cup of coffee

Lights went off twice in two days for approximately 2 hours each day, with no plan b, like solar light . Wifi reception was not good in our room, but outside it was OK. Pool was not clean and not good for swimming.

They was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The towels was not clean.
ZAAbsolutely nothing as nothing worked at all the pictures are completely fake as those views are taken from non accessible areas. The dump's window even looked into the bottom wall if the parking lot.
Everything, no parking, internet not working, TV not working, no view, whole place smelt of burnt out wood, fireplaces not cleaned. Helpers sleeping in garages and mates using front rooms. no gate remote had to borrow one of theirs. asked for upgrade but was refused and next morning those front rooms were still vacant. we had bite marks after waking up the next morning. we didn't even use the shower as it was to filthy
