ZAI humbly appreciate staff PARTICULARLY the 2 employees that welcomed me. The male who had to take the brunt regarding disappointment that the webisite (booking.com) did not provide the option to choose room and we were allocated in the room with mountain view/side which was not the reason we paid the booking. Secondly, the lady who came back to us to try make us happy such that they changed the room and allocated a room with a view to Dam as clients.

ZAZAI didn’t like anything about the facility, the pool was dirty, zero safety for kids, they need to do serious renovations at this facility
Firstly the reception area not welcoming, those mats in the passage are just unnecessary, very clustered, the were bathrooms very dirty, no towels after bathing

The fact that we paid that lot of money but we didn't have pots, the fridge is not working properly, iron we have to share with other room. And your receptionist she's forever not or her desk

The place needs fumigation as there are spiders and couldn't be comfortable sleeping as everyone in the family is scared of spiders. TV is not working
