Small room and sharing bathroom. Not what I paid for and was advertised. There was no water and no wifi.

The listing is very misleading. The room was advertised as having a private bathroom, air-conditioning, and self-catering facilities, but none of these were provided. There was no bathroom in the room, no air-conditioning, and the “self-catering” setup was only a microwave and a small bar fridge. The property was also very difficult to find as there is no clear signage, and the contact number on Booking.com did not work. The service was extremely disappointing. The host/manager was rude, hung up during a call, and then stopped answering our calls. Instead of helping, she blamed Booking.com for the incorrect information. There was also no basic hospitality—no water, no proper welcome, and no effort to make the stay comfortable.

No water on arrival. TV not working. Aircon was not working. Room was full of dust(kettle,ect. No wifi internet.No wall drop for our clothes. Swimming pool side full-on dust. The chair braaistand ect.
ZACan’t rate the property accurately when I arrived at the premises there was no rooms available and I had to come out of pocket booking for another one cause I didn’t get a refund
Spoke to Lloyd the manager who told me that I can just look for something else it’s not that difficult after I arrived at the property and blamed booking.com the call dropped and he never returned the call told me his sleeping The staff said there is nothing they can do
