ZAI booked 2 deluxe rooms and paid for both. For some unknown reason, one room was cancelled. In the end we had to be satisfied with one deluxe room and one room without a bathroom. It was a terrible mistake on the bookings office side. The receptionist tried her best but could not resolve the problem. No compensation was offered for the downgrade that we had to make. No bedside lamp in the rooms. Nowhere to put your suitcase. No chair in the room. Only one light switch for room and bathroom. No mirror in the bathroom. I am extremely dissatisfied.
