LM Hotel was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Calling it a hotel is already being generous. The nightmare started at check-in and only got worse from there. The photos online must have been taken in a completely different universe because what I walked into looked nothing like the pictures. The room was filthy, the pillows were wet, the blanket was damp, and the entire place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, the electricity went out at around 11:00 PM and didn’t come back until after I checked out at 11:00 AM. Imagine paying for a room and spending the entire night sitting in the dark. What a luxury experience! And then, the cherry on top: they tried to charge me for a blue stain that I never caused. Apparently, not having electricity all night wasn’t enough—they also wanted me to pay for damage I didn’t do. 🤣 This hotel perfectly demonstrates the difference between “expectations vs. reality.” Save your money, save your sanity, and book literally anywhere else. Sleeping on a park bench would probably have been a more pleasant experience. Absolutely terrible. This version is harsh and sarcastic while still sounding believable for a public review.

A lot. The A/C unit wasnt working properly. It was just fan mode all throughout but since there was no other room left, we were stuck with the unit that we had. Dapat nag sabi sila na sira ang AC hindi na sana sila tumanggap ng booking namin. THE BATHROOM IS DIRTY!!!! Cafe food is average.
