The architect is pretty cool.

The living experience was not good, not even able to take a normal shower.

Being an architect, its one of a kind experience you cant find it else where. Definitely worth living in an art piece. The workmanship is greatly executed.

The pantry slightly being small on practicality. The bathtub water takes a little longer to heat and filled.

Beautiful property - amazing to be able to enjoy the space as the light changes the feel all day. Also great location.

Furniture is a bit bare and not super comfortable - but they fit the design of the house very well

リビングルームは、その広さと自然光のおかげで開放感があり、半屋外にいるかのように錯覚させられる空間でした。大きな階段や仕掛けのある扉にも、子ども心をくすぐられます。2階のお風呂の窓から見える旭川のある風景がとても美しくて、思わずうっとりしてしまいました。

階段がかっこいいのですが、急で滑りやすかったのでお気をつけください。

As architects traveling together, we were especially drawn to A&A Hasegawa for its design—and it exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully crafted, with thoughtful spatial organization and attention to detail.

Great and unique house

Not practical, for example no kitchen sink

It was very clean.

it is far too big. the rooms are badly put together. the doors open against the concrete staircase. the staircase is very dangerous and just not to go up. i banged my head against the end of the stairs and almost fell. the bathroom is unpractical, the nad is very bad, there is no shower. the rooms have no daylight and are far too dark, the hall is freezing cold and the toilet is anything but cosy or comfortable

The look is cool

Not at all functional: the bedrooms have almost no natural light, no view and poor lighting for the night, the stairs to the bathroom are very steep and the steps have very little depth, ending being dangerous; the sitting area has only 3 very uncomfortable chairs and no heating; the toilet has no mirror, no hot water and the sink leaks; the bathroom, high up 2 floors, has 1 of the sinks with no hot water, no way to take a shower, because the shower tube is too short and a cool but very uncomfortable bath tub, but finally up there there’s a view; no cooking or dining facilities, so sink to fill up the cuttle, not a knife, not even a plate each….; the doors are so annoying, hard to close, that slam into someone on the other side, that give no privacy; the garden out of the glass walls is the only view and it’s certainly not up to the Japanese standard, it’s miserable…. And I could go on
