Great location. Caravan was nice and clean and we had everything we needed.

The caravan, location.

The state of the club, restaurant, toilets, price per child for a 30-minute slime making session, the club needs a good revamp. The caravans cooker had knobs that did not work, oven took ages to cook anything, air fryer was dirty, some blinds in lounge were broken, door to caravan wouldn't pin back as latch was broke, safety hazard if there is a slight breeze and the door swings closed on little fingers. Waited overc2 hours to get access to caravan as no one bothered to email a pin to get key, staff were useless and wouldn't help because we hadn't booked through them, myself and my daughter made phone calls to get help, I was kept on phone for over 30 mins, had to repeat everything to person I spoke to, he told me to hold while he checked my booking then cut me off, my daughter and I were stressed, kids were all tired, not a very good experience for their first caravan holiday.

The Caravan Was Lovely, I loved the the way it was accessorised and the little presents left for the kids 😊

Lovely stay the caravan is modern, clean and comfy it’s well equipped and a fabulous location, walking distance to St Mary’s lighthouse and the beach , it’s about 30 mins walk into Whitley bay town centre 5 mins in a car , there is a nice walk to seaton sluice where you can call into Waterford Arm for a drink or some lovely food
