Location was excellent, right beside the beach front. Whitley Bay, seems like a cracking wee place. The caravan was very clean and tidy. The owner let us check out later on the final day which was great.

I couldnt get the boiler timer to work, so couldnt get heating to come on at night so it got chilli. I couldve left the heating 'on' but it would be too hot. It didnt really impact my stay though. WiFi was a bit spotty.

The caravan was excellent and clean had all the facilities you need and love the little things like a early check in when I request and had the heating already turned so we would not be cold little touches like a hot water bottles ready to use . So I can highly recommend them . Had a great time away for the weekend.

Beautiful caravan, lovely layout. Well equipped. Lovely location. Great service. Would highly recommend. Will be renting again.

Very clean and cosy. Everything you need for a holiday. Spacious caravan. Nice little touches in the caravan. Blankets/central heating came in handy as it was cold weather.

Noisy site at times. Caravans quite close together and limited parking near caravan. Could do with a proper door mat outside to prevent dragging grass into caravan.

The property was spacious, clean, had everything you need. And loved the little walk in wardrobe. Having proper radiators made a huge difference with stopping in October. The heating wasn’t needed on for long before the property was warm!

Modern spacious dog friendly everything you’d want and more.

Apart from an unavoidable sewage issue (sorted out by the park maintenance people) the bed is the only downside. Old lumpy and uncomfortable mattress that needs upgrading.

The caravan was superb. It was out of gas but the owner got straight on it and they were sorted within an hour. We will use it again next time we are up that way. Site was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Just known you will have to pay extra for the pool and entertainment.

Next door neighbours were a bit loud with their radio but that isn't down to the owner of the caravan we stayed in. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
