Staff and service was great, being on the edge of town it was nice and quiet getaway. We were more than pleased with our stay here. Special shoutout to Sophie, Stephanie and Ricardo for their great service!

Great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice location. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Walking distance from several restaurants. Couple minute walk to Holistica resort with art walk.

The staff was super accommodating to my sister and husband who were traveling with their two kids. They went above and beyond to make breakfasts the kids would eat (no mixed fruit touching each other!) A special mention must go to the ever-patient and helpful Sofia, who had worked in the US as a caretaker for young children, anddespite working double shifts to cover a colleague who was out, was extra generous with her time and expertise in the area. She even made little goodie bags for the kids for their return flight home!

The amenities , the staff, the location, everyone made sure I was ok!! Drinks were perfect, from Ricardo, Sofia and Samantha were so sweet and knowledgeable about what to do. Serjio was a pleasure to talk to in the morning breakfast. By the second day I felt at home! But with all the extra care! 💕 breakfast was enough to start the day, one free yoga class at Holistika. And Benito the hotel kitty!! 🌸 I’ll be back!

Need a little more care on the bikes (low light and old seats. But works just fine!!!

The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are spacious and cosy, the interior design is beautiful, pool is perfect and the staff are super nice and helpful. The Holistica Yoga center is next door and first class is for free for tiki tiki guests. Breakfast is pretty basic.

Only the fact that they charged us for the coffee capsules we use in the room. Should be included.

Stylish property with a lovely pool. The staff were lovely. The two young women on the front desk helped us out with perfect recommendations for beach clubs and cenotes. We enjoyed renting the bikes and using them to ride to the beach. The location is a bit out of the way, but we found it close enough to walk into Tulum town, where there are some great food options. Hotel was good value for Tulum.

The only issue I had was the soundproofing of the rooms. The doors are slatted, which means that they do not keep sound out at all, and you can hear anything going on in the corridors and landings.

The hotel was gorgeous and the room was amazing, spacious and had a wonderful view! The staff were so helpful, and guided me to activities nearby and the best way to reach them.

If you'd like to be in more of the tourist area, then note this is a bit further away. But if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed hotel then this is perfect!
