Clean Mayan look environment Reminded me of Maya hotel in Chichen Itza

All were excellent

This was the cutest little hotel. The staff are all really attentive and friendly. Such a cool bar and lounge area. The pool it's super cute and lush. The complimentary breakfast each day was delicious and fresh. They have other food you can also order. The rooms were spacious and had hammocks inside or outside which we loved. I sprung for the upgrade with the ginormous bathtub which I really enjoyed. The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. It is literally 2 minutes walking distance from holistika which has tons of yoga classes, ceremonies and a lovely restaurant, gift shop etc. We also appreciated having one free yoga class at holistika. I loved going next door and being able to come back to our more intimate hotel, we became friends with other guests and in my opinion the pool at tiki tiki is so special. I would definitely stay here again. We rented a car and had no trouble parking each day, felt safe on our street and did not worry about our car. Obviously we didn't leave things out in sight used standard precautions. There was security at night. It was easy to drive into the town and get street food or go to restaurants nearby, tons of shopping nearby also, close to the grocery stores, pharmacy everything you need is right there. Also if you don't have a car there is an app called tomato they said would deliver. The street is under construction at the moment so we would hear a little bit of noise here and there, but it wasn't for very long. So no big deal.

Lovely stylish boutique hotel, quiet and safe location, bonus access to the amenities at much bigger Holistika Hotel including their pool, outdoor gallery, yoga classes, meditation sessions, pottery classes and vegan restaurant. Professional, friendly, caring and helpful staff.

Having a car would be ideal as taxis in Tulum are very expensive. ~15-20 min drive to the beach and ~10 min to the town center.

Hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. The manager was very friendly. Had some great cocktails by the pool. Our room was really nicely furnished and clean.

Beds were a bit small

Centrally located in La Valletta, close to Tulum town. Design focussed, friendly staff and amazing pool area. Rooms large and clean with balcony and massive beds.

Rooms didn’t have fridge or iron which we needed. Breakfast was welcome but basic fruit/yoghurt and toast.
