The breakfast was ok. Sometimes cold.

The property needs to be updated. The photos were not exactly accurate

Location was great, island car rental walking distance around 15-20 min, centrally located.

This let me know I am a hotel person. Staff was personable and sweet. Lacey was great that was the best of it. Room was small even for a couple, t.v. small, no bed side table or lamp if you don't want to use the overhead light. Closet big but no light or luggage rack. Water mark in the ceiling, appears there was a leak somewhere ants galore in the room and the sugar at the continental breakfast tea station. My stay was in August where Jamaica is hot the common areas were not air conditioned which is a no no. Your eating breakfast sweating. Breakfast options for Jamaica should have something Jamaican i.e. callaloo at minimum. Tea station needed better options minus the sugar ants.. Too many keys and locks to get in and out. They are doing renovations so they maybe upgrading the room door to touch access like hotel room doors, this should be the same to enter the property and do away with the cumbersome padlocks where the key wouldn't work and broke in the lock. Lacey had to assist. Room windows need upgrading I had the louver windows no mesh so mosquitos were in the room along with the ants. Staff was great but this solidified for me i'll be sticking to hotels. They are doing renovations so not sure what will be addressed from what I mentioned.

The staff were friendly and the property is in a nice area.

The room was dark and dingy. The curtains were too dark and no natural light coming in. There was a crockroach in the room. Television did not work properly. The decor was made up of poor workmanship and of different materials. There is a sign up in the reception area to say refurbishment ongoing but could not see any refurbishment.

Convenient location, clean and nicely decorated, warm friendly staff and delicious fresh breakfast. Beautiful garden with a soursop tree!

Water conservation caused inconvenience twice.

A welcoming host, all the amenities of home. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the shower was amazing! In the heart of New Kingston so close to restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gas stations and the famous Devon House and other attractions, but still nicely tucked away for privacy and a quiet, peaceful stay.

My room was tiny but cozy and just enough for a single guest on a one night stay.
