Eventuality B&B New Kingston

Excellent service and accommodation, Sher anticipated our needs with grace. Delicious breakfast. Flexible check-in time, our flight arrived at 11:55pm, our airport shuttle driver was waiting for us as we exited.

I do not have any complaints, the Blackie mango tree was a nice touch😇.

The location was nice the place was alright , outside needed painting and clean up the outside area weeds sweeping and general outside maintenance , Inside the room shower not working properly the sink wasn't letting the water run out. The bed sheets where clear when we left for 3 days not happy about that because people sweat special if the weather hot u have to make your bed every day. The day staff was around but unfortunately the night person was rearly their so anything could happen but part from that a pleasant stay

I know it was bed & Breakfast but it was boring same food everyday

Lovely stay, property could do with some updating even though there's sign saying renovating so maybe next time when I go back will see the difference. Also breakfast was very good, (simple and light)only fault for me is not asking customers how would they like their eggs? Eg fry or scramble.

Not a fan of twin bed but otherwise overall night was good.

Everything was great including the breakfast and we were able to leave our suitcases in reception whilst we went out.

Obviously, I will recommend B&B to anyone who travels to Kingston Jamaica 🇯🇲

Honestly, nothing. The property was undergoing renovation, and the room I was allotted was incredibly small, almost like a shoe box. It had no windows, which made it feel claustrophobic. To make matters worse, it was infested with mosquitoes, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room was far from ideal for a comfortable stay.

There were several issues with the room and service. The bed sank, causing back pain. Mosquitoes were a major nuisance. The room was extremely small, with no space for a bedside table and limited plug points, making it hard to charge devices. The staff was rude and dishonest; the manager took my personal and credit card details after checkout for a refund and never responded. The bathroom was right behind the bed and lacked a door handle or latch to lock from the outside. The limited plug points forced me to disconnect essential appliances to use the mosquito repellent. Additionally, the free breakfast for vegetarians was disappointingly limited to just one serving of cut fruits. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
