The apartment lacked extra bedding, some things broken like the lamps and shower door was broke and hard to get in and out of a bath tub not practical the bedding was dirty and not ironed but the cleaner came and changed it but the corridor in flats stank with a really bad smell and people had urinated in the lifts so im sure theres some rough people living in this block of flats! Also no fans in the flat if the weather is hot! And matteresses were extremely uncomfortable and definitely need renewing especially when your taking a huge £250 deposit then putting guests in to a flat with broken stuff!

They didn’t pay attention to making sure there were enough towels for everyone, and there wasn’t enough liquid soap or shower gel. The apartment was very clean, modern, and nice.
JELocation was great. It was very comfortable and quiet property.
When we arrived in the dark it was difficult to know how to get into the property itself. No clearly marked door and not told what floor property was on. However after that all was well

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner and a couple of things need fixing but it didn't spoil our stay
GBThe location was good. The apartment was well equipped. Entry to the apartment once we were in the building was easy, but see below.
Video directions to the car park were poor as the street names weren't visible on the video and the signage for the car park wasn't clear. The apartment was in a block but information about accessing it (the block) was inadequate; the code was given but not the fact that a button had to be pressed before and after entering it. Fortunately a resident came along and helped us but he also said this happens frequently.

TWA wonderful property. My son and I stayed for 4 weeks, and it was very comfortable. Very close to the Norwich market, shopping, restaurants, pubs, and parks. We will be booking this apartment again in June. Very, very happy.
GBEase of arranging, very handy for city centre, lovely flat and really handy car park. Price was equivalent to 2 travelodge/holiday inn etc. rooms but with more flexibility.
Regular smell of cannabis in corridors and lift lobby. Lift very creaky!
