L'emplacement du riad est top, pour les visites. Résidence sécurisée, petits commerces, restaurant.

L’appartement est immense. Nous étions 4 et nous avions trois chambres ainsi qu’un salon et une cuisine. L’appartement est bien équipé avec une machine à laver fer à repasser sèche-cheveux etc. il est bien placé à 30 minutes de la plage jemaa el fna. Tres bon rapport qualite prix

It's a large, multi-story apartment with an internal courtyard, a riad, within a complex of buildings like a condominium, where there are residents and many tourists staying. Inside this complex there are some mini-markets, cafes, and snack bars. Several bedrooms and access to the terrace. A few minutes' walk from the old city, the Medina, and a little further from Jemaa Square.

We arrived at night and were a little unsure how to access the apartment, whether with a code or a key, which was quickly resolved by picking up the key at the agency inside the building, but perhaps we could have been better informed beforehand. I believe there are several apartments of the same style in the complex, and therefore the apartment you will get may not necessarily be exactly the same, with the same features as the one in the photos.

Edullinen hinta, hyvä sijainti lähellä medinaa. Ystävällinen palvelu. Lähellä kaupat ja ravintolat. Pyykinpesukone plussaa, mutta siinä ei kyllä ollut kuivuria. Ihana kattoterassi!

Keittiö oli vähän huonosti varusteltu. Todella vanha kaasuliesi, jossa ei itsessään ollut sytytintä. Uima-altaan vesi oli jäätävän kylmää ja allasalue oli perjantaisin suljettu.

l’emplacement à 25min à pied des souks ou en taxi stationnés juste en face. Quartier paisible : reposant après une journée dans la Médina ! Accès sécurisé et tout ce qu’il faut sur place (supérette, pharmacie, resto,…) L’accueil est parfait du début à la fin

Le ménage un peu rapide et la vétusté de quelques équipements (notamment cuisine et bain).

The location worked for us although we did end up needing taxis lots because things were the other side of the Medina. It had 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double and a small roof terrace. The kitchen and living area was acceptable.

Despite the photos and description of there was no pool access and whenever we asked about this, we received no response. The kitchen and living area was not like the photos and not open plan. The roof terrace was not clean.

Excellent Riad typique de Marrakech il est très spacieux avec des salle de bain dans chaque chambre. l’emplacement est top, il y a plein de commerces et restaurants au tour. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Tout était parfait

Le logement est super pour une famille de 6 ! Jallal est super gentil, agréable et très arrangeant ! Nous avons pu déposer les valises avant l’heure possible d’arrivée afin d’aller faire nos occupations sans être encombrés !
