The accommodation was in exceptional condition. The host was very welcoming. He greeted us on arrival. There were many things we didn't expect to be there for use - breakfast stuff, jam, peanut butter, butter, fresh bread, oats etc, variety of tea, coffee,fresh fruits. I will definitely book this in future and highly recommend this place. Thank you Lance for letting us check in later as we wanted to watch the ABs game.

We couldn't get to cast to the TV - asked us to pay. We ended up watching the Abs VS Argentina on our phone (I have sky app).

"Fabulous place with everything to make a comfortable stay."

The Host!! Such a great guy and the amenities were really well thought out. My 7yr year old enjoyed the addition of table of Lego to build with, and I liked that she was close to us.

I didn't like tauranga weather at the time of night.. its chilly so rug up lol 😆 its like ice 🧊 🤣

The breakfast was great. A selection of cereals and eggs with bread and butter and spreads. A huge selection of teas and hot drinks was provided. Couldn't fault it. A unit was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

It was all good.
