Facilities and generous extras

It is a very clean house, and we did not expect them to prepare breakfast. We also found a hot pool about four minutes away and really enjoyed it.

Property was perfect for what we were after. Lance, the host, was super welcoming and a pleasure to deal with

Very welcoming host. Lovely clean and modern facilities. Attention to detail and very thoughtful of people's needs when travelling as an example the range of breakfast foods to cater to various dietary requirements. Our preferred choice next time we visit Tauranga.

Lance was a great host

I like the amenities in the house. Thick towels, bread, peanut butter, jam, milk and fruits provided. A washing machine is provided in the house too. I liked the owner. He's so friendly. He waited for me till late. Highly recommended.

The spa was not functioning .... which i came for as the reviews have written about.

Parking tight, but once you have been down drive & know what to expect, easy enough to back down drive

Place was really well set up and comfortable. Close to everything we needed. Lance made us feel at home.
