Nothing. We didn't stay in this hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that they use a remote check-in system with no staff or administrator present. You have to upload your documents and a selfie through a third-party app, and it’s unclear where this data goes. The worst part was that there was construction in the hallways: dirt everywhere, workers walking around, and I got my shoes dirty. We tried to contact the hotel manager, but no one responded. Tired after a long journey, we waited for almost two hours with no answer. Eventually, we had to leave for another hotel. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The hotel REFUSED to refund our money. They did not address our situation at all and suggested we spend the night on a construction site.

they deceive, they write one thing and in fact it turns out something else! It was written on the website that the reservation can be canceled for free! But my meeting was canceled and so as not to lose money, I went to Washington for one day! do not believe what they write, they are deceiving!!!!!! avoid this place! be careful!

Location and beautiful house and rooms.

Locks were unpredictable. Sometimes worked, sometimes couldn’t open front door and/or door to my room. I would call for help but typically didn’t get response until 30 minutes or more later. Had to depend on another visitor to let me in one night.

The location is spectacular because of its proximity to Dupont Circle and the metro station.

Someone needs to put a mat in the bathtub, pronto! Almost slipped and fell. That's my only serious complaint.

Excellent location, reasonable price, very clean and comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful.

The Superhog demands took me off guard, especially the one about taking pictures before and after your stay in order to be able to prove you didn't break anything.
