There is a mosque nearby that broadcasts a call to prayer at 5:00 AM. This is not an acceptable wake-up time for a holiday destination.

the location of the building is very great but the appartment was very desappointed

all items in the appartment were hold and not clean, was next to the bin storage and very noisy.

The air-cons did not work The wifi had problems The one room’s bathroom cabinet was hanging from the wall They do not have cleaning service, you have to pay extra(even if you need new bed sheets etc) The shower water was cold The elevator card only worked in one elevator There was a used bong in the room(weed bong) which was disgusting

- room size not 32sqm ( maybe around 20sqm) we didn’t know where to put our luggage - pool is big but no sun-beds only mattresses and only three available. Top pool not reachable. - noisy (farm with chicken and mosque and bike parking in front of our room) - no view, balcony has no furniture ( no chairs) - it is a private apartment, so no service. We had to buy towels, because there are only two towels in the room (outside was a info that condos are not allowed to rent on daily/weekly basis, very confusing) - the bed is very hard Very very offer priced. Somebody want to earn money with illegal rent condos

The location and communal facilities were lovely. The pool was lovely, although the cushions for the loungers were quite dirty and the bottom pool got quite busy so there wasn’t always space. But the general decor of the apartment and the complex were very nice. In the apartment, the bathroom was amazing and it was very clean when we checked in.

The check-in process was a nightmare. The host didn’t contact us prior to arriving to tell us how to access the flat, and in booking.com it just said that the keys were in a lock box. Upon arriving at around 9am, we tried to contact the host and for hours we had no response. Finally she replied and told us that check in was from 2pm. But there was nowhere to store our luggage, so we asked if we could put it in room since the current guest was supposed to be checking out at 12pm. Again, no reply for a long time. Finally we managed to meet the cleaner, who took me up to the apartment with the suitcases, however the current guest had still not checked out! So I had to stand in the hallway, waiting for him to leave before I could put our luggage safely inside and wait until 2pm to officially collect the keys. Even after collecting the keys we struggled, because the key fob only works for the lift - not the front door of the apartment! This requires a code to be typed in, and yet again, we had no response from the host when we asked for the code to get in. Another huge issue was the sleeping arrangement. The apartment is advertised as being able to sleep three. THIS IS NOT TRUE. We had even sent a message weeks before arriving to clarify that we were a group of three and would need an extra bed, and were assured this would be provided. However when we checked in, the extra bed was nowhere to be seen. The cleaner then showed us where she had set up a ‘bed’, squeezed on the floor next to the double bed. It was literally just a blanket on the floor. My dad had to sleep on the sofa, which is a tiny 2-seater that half his legs hung off. Overall these two factors really made for an unpleasant overall experience, which is a shame because the apartment itself was lovely (had it just been the two of us).
