Ottima posizione, facile l'accesso tramite APP e tramite codice di entrata alla porta di ingresso, senza chiavi. Il custode del palazzo sempre molto disponibile. Appartamento pulito, confortevole e ben arredato

Ci sono piccoli lavori di manutenzione da fare, specialmente con le lampadine del bagno e della sala.... Il bagno è un po' scuro, avrebbe bisogno di qualche luce più forte....ma si tratta di piccoli interventi, niente di importante
