Tout est excellent dans le service et les équipements chez Samy conciergerie, en plus d'un emplacement exceptionnel en plein cœur du quartier très friendly de Gauthier. J'ai apprécié la déco, le style contemporain où on se sent très vite à l'aise en cohérence avec l'esprit bobo et friendly du quartier. Équipements au top avec domotique. Literie ultra comfy. Parfait pour un séjour de travail. Accueil WhatsApp et service après vente très efficace et réactif. Parking avec larges places ! Tout est à portée de main commerces supermarchés, laiteries, cafés, restos branchés, tabac... Merci Samy and Co et à très bientôt !

J'ai été un peu rebutée par la prise en mains entièrement virtuelle mais au final on s'y fait et c'est plus discret.

Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. J'ai demandé une machine a café et toasteur mais malheureusement je n'ai pas trouvé sachant que parfois je le trouve et d'autres non. J'imagine que c'est une seule machine qu'ils mettent chaque fois dans une appartement!!!!! Manque aussi d'éclairage

This by far was an exceptional apartment. I stayed all over gauthier and all the places I stayed were nice but this by far was the best. I had some very serious business to attend to while I was there and needed to be there almost a week. I required good internet and my work needed my full concentration. I didn't expect tha apt to have centrl a/c but it did and was very comfortable. The ambience was perfect to put me in a productive mood. The location is perfect for everything I needed to get to. There are plenty of restaurants and stores that make it easy to get food. This property exceeded my expectations.

The only real positives were the central location and the host’s quick communication.

Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown. The apartment was not perfectly cleaned, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke during the whole stay and the space looked cheap. I also had to deal with three flies buzzing around, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To top it off, the lighting in the bathroom was very subtle, if you’re a woman you’re not gonna be able to put make up because you’re not gonna see anything. For the price I paid, this place was not worth it. I’m glad I only booked for one night.
