Nice View , quiet

Only one bathroom for 2 families

The view and garden were great.

Bathroom needs to be updated and private beach, as advertised, needs to be clear how to access.

Well decorated, comfortable beds and beautiful location.

Minor appliances issues and lack of true beach access.

Austin the caretaker was very polite and welcoming. Excellent service, accommodations, location, and I have nothing negative to say. I would not hesitate to try to rent this property in the future.

Cleaning supplies, but it wasn't necessary

Everything was great. The fridge had coke in the cooler. Dishes and pans were fully adequate. Two improvements: Beds could use a night stand next to the bed for cell phones and medications. The fan in the kitchen is not strong enough to exhaust cooking standard smoke. the fire alarm in teh bedroom went off both times we cooked in the kitchen, and we had to open all the windows to stop the alarm. Bathroom with washer and dryer nice.

The automatic door lock did not function one day after we arrived. The door opened with the cipher key, but we could not make it lock on the second day. We had to leave the property unlocked when we checked out. Windows seem vulnerable to a forced entry, but the neighborhood seems very secure. Any fan would be nice.

Location was convenient to town. Because there were no guests in the main house, we were able to upgrade. Beautiful view of the water. Ty was super kind and personable. He allowed us to check in an hour early and check out later. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.
