Everything beautiful about this place gets overshadowed by the service. The service at this place is beyond poor. I have never experienced such substandard service. The staff working here have such an terrible attitude, they don't give you information and act like you should already know. When we arrived, our room was not ready even though we told them what time we'll be there. The receptionist even said, "You're not the only one waiting," as if that's acceptable. They didn't help with our bags when got out the car, the porters were just standing there chatting. Asked for an iron and they gave us one that doesn't work. We wanted to use the pool and we're told that it's fine when we got there it was locked when we inquired we were told "you didn't read"?? To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, what a waste of money. When we checked out, there was an extra charge they couldn't explain. The service disappointed me up to the very last-minute of my stay and this is including the spa. The staff were condescending with a mean attitude. I doubt I'll ever go back here and wouldn't recommend this place yo anyone

Amazing setting. Restaurant was very good and staff helpful for getting around on golf carts. Cleaning service was very good and amenities in the room very good.

TV could do with an upgrade and the security on the front gate is a bit of a challenge.

Great place and beautiful, and has everything you need for a family

The security process and getting codes wasn’t great. It was a mission.

Breakfast was great. The room and views are amazing. Staff were great. Food was good. A lovely place. We really enjoyed the stay.
