Arrival Beach and Spa

Everything was very well organized. The speedboat comes to airport to pick you up as well.

The property is brand new, perfectly located with very good amenities on site. We enjoyed our stay there. Staff was very attentive.

Hotel nuovo. Staff totalmente inesperto. Tutto lo staff dai pulitori alla reception. Attenzione al cliente bassissima. Promettevano risposte senza mai mantenere la parola. Struttura molto carina esteticamente ma poco funzionale. Errori di progettazione banali nelle camere. La camera non corrispondeva alla foto della prenotazione. Ai tropici una camera senza balconcino o finestra apribile è incomprensibile

The bed is small for two people. I am not happy with the reception staff, absolutely uninterested, I asked them for something twice, both times I was refused

The staff doesn’t put any effort to make you happy. Not enough beach towels for all guest. Breakfast poor and never changes. The rooms are not enough clean. All sun beds are in bad condition and you need to rent the umbrella.

We enjoyed our stay overall at this hotel which is relatively new, with well cleaned rooms which on one side have a nice view on the harbour. They also have family rooms with enough space and communicant doors. The hotel features also a swimming pool on the 6th floor, a small but nice gym and spa on the 7th floor. The massages were excellent and the therapists were very kind and skilled. There is a pleasant outdoor garden that offers excellent drinks and they also organized a lovely end-of-year party. The hotel offers a boat service to and from the airport Malé at convenient times and price. There is a beautiful area on the 6th and 7th floor that could be used as a bar; unfortunately, it is not yet in use, but it would be a great addition to the hotel. Overall, we had a very nice stay and hope the hotel will continue to improve and make even better use of its facilities and potential in the future.

The food could have been better. We had booked all meals included and were disappointed apart from the amazing new years eve gala dinner. They also had problems fullfilling the excursions that they were selling.
