mieliśmy opcję, śniadania i obiadokolację, która w pełni zaspokoiła nasze oczekiwania, nie byliśmy głodni, co do zróżnicowania posiłków raczej były takie, i był wybór. czystość jest na wysokim poziomie, plaża nieopodal obiektu cudowna z idealnie białym piaskiem, pokoje czyste, spa spełniło nasze wymagania, masaże wykonywały dziewczyny pochodzące z Bali, blisko do plaży i do portu, nieopodal Hotelu miejsce gdzie można zobaczyć co wieczór rekiny, wiadomo że każdy ma inne wymagania i oczekiwania, natomiast nasze zostały zaspokojone.

zdarzyło się że kolacja sylwestrowa była dodatkowo płatna, i to nie było problemem, natomiast problemem był brak informacji o tym i późniejsza szybka akcja szukania stolika, gdy się okazało że nie mamy dodatkowej rezerwacji,

The location is great! The pool area is nice but the terrace space could be used even better for guests.

The service in the reception varied a lot who was on duty. The breakfast was ok but could be more improved. Some of the staff members during our stay seemed ”lazy” or somehow bored especially during the breakfast time.

Arrival Beach and Spa is a new property located right by the harbour, which makes it very convenient. From my room I had a lovely sea view, and the tinted windows helped keep the temperature comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

That said, in my opinion the hotel does not meet a true 4-star standard. The rooms are very small and poorly soundproofed—you can clearly hear noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The bathroom layout is also unusual and offers little privacy, as it is almost “inside” the room and separated only by a glass partition; the entrance is next to the bed, which isn’t a typical hotel solution. Unfortunately, breakfast was very disappointing and genuinely tasteless.

Breakfast was the worst, they can try different options, and they must do something with flies all the time when we went for breakfast the was flies a lot of them you can't even eat

Transportation from airport to the island WOW if you have late flight try and book hotel nearby because i had to pay $250 one way

breakfast was a bit limited but issue is too many flies disturbing the time when we wanna eat, mgmt need to look into how to address this issue although its quite common..
