The location is up a quiet hill, tricky for parking but just 10mins walk from the sulphur baths or restaurant/bar areas. The decor is quirky with original artworks.

This is not 4* and does not include airport transfers! The sewage smells from bathrooms is strong, we had to change rooms due to the air conditioner being so noisy (very old and not maintained) we couldn’t sleep, and in general a lot of the building work is bodged and falling off walls. Despite confirming the airport transfer in advance as we needed to be at the airport by 9am, on arrival (after paying cash as requested) they said this was a mistake. Also breakfast didn’t start until 9. So when I said ‘no transfer or breakfast as paid for’ a large man behind us aggressively asked if there was a problem, which felt threatening. Then in the night they attempted to charge my card for the room so we would have paid twice if it had gone through. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Følte os meget velkommen, god kommunikation, ejer stod klar og ventede på os for at hjælpe med parkering. Beliggenheden var perfekt.

Morgenmad var lidt begrænset

I enjoyed every moment I stayed there. Rooms are cozy and with everything you need, nice forniture, bath supplies, fridge and so on. Balcony view from my room was wonderful, and I totally loved the bar terrace with lights, where u can have drinks, food, chat with guests, in front of this amazing city view of Tbilisi old town. But the greatest thing that made me feel like at home is sure the people working there (I was fed a lot by the woman at every breakfast) and the owners. They were lovely with me, friendly and kind. Always chatting with me, asking and sharing nice conversations. I came for the beautiful city and found amazing people.
