The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the old town. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and was very clean.

Upon arrival the staff were incredibly rude - I felt very unwelcome & wasn’t sure if I’d accidentally walked into a stranger’s house. The room was dark and gloomy & the bed was a mattress on the ground. edit: in response to the owners comments below, I changed my plans and went to another hotel after one day because I felt so unwelcome at your hotel & the bed was a mattress on the floor and I knew I would not be comfortable. When I checked in at 2:30 I walked into your hotel front door and was greeted by two old ladies, sitting and smoking who shouted at me angrily in Georgian when I said I only speak English. I wasn't even sure if I'd entered a hotel or someone's messy lounge room. After I had spoken to someone on the phone who translated, one of them took me to a room, muttering about me under her breath and looking very angry that I had disturbed her cigarette. There was no nice welcome, explanation of the hotel's services, wifi or breakfast details. It had absolutely no issue with paying the small fee for changing my booking - that was part of the booking conditions, and you know very well I accepted that politely after I understood your calculation, with no arguments when I spoke with you on the phone. Perhaps instead of trying to make up stories about your guests who write fair and accurate reviews, you should look inward at the greeting your guests get from your other staff when you're not around.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location in the Old Tbilisi, beautiful small streets (but the hosts had a parking space for our car, and that was great). The room was nice and clean. The hotel has a terrace on the upper floor with a great view of the city. Calm neighbourhood.
