Location is perfect, security is tops and there is a parking bay for one car

It was not that clean, cupboards needs to be refreshed, the unit had a funny smell. The Manager, Nelly didn’t share critical information before hand and he was rude after we checked out.

L’unica cosa da cambiare è il boiler dell’acqua calda probabilmente troppo piccolo per l’occupazione della stanza, 2 docce veloci e poi l’acqua calda era già finita, cassaforte mobile da fissare al muro magari un po’ più sicuro, divano comodo ma un po’ datato.

wifi only lasted an hour. cannot call the host to make arrangements. can only communicate via whatsapp and then you have to hope they respond. also had to pay an upfront deposit of R3000 and accodring to their terms it is refundable in up to 7 days. it took us almost a month to get our deposit back. and even after sending a screenshot of the bank details, we still had to type it out for them.

These People are just Scammers, they asked for 3k deposit and we paid for 2 nights, but when we reached there, nobody was there and no one answered, we actually had to call the cops and told them the story. Next morning they showd up with sorry and after the stay start making excuses for the deposit to give it back when i call they don't answer.
