Its a beautiful apartment and clean. The guy working there was very friendly and helpfull

The water was cold after 1 person showered. The check in was terrible. Plans had to be made for parking. The host did not answer his phoned at first.

Struggled to get into the building,lockbox to get key didnt work Fridge wasnt cold on arrival Little warm water Plunger for coffee had no glass,not complete,couldnt use Leaking toilet

We booked an apartment for one night. The provided contact number in the booking confirmation was unreachable, despite our repeated calls up until the official check-in time at 3:00 PM. Additionally, the address listed was inaccurate, which caused significant delays and confusion while locating the property. The apartment number stated in the address (C5) turned out to belong to different residents. By 3:10 PM, due to exhaustion—especially with children—we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation, as we still had not received any response from the property owner, neither via phone nor messages. At 3:20 PM, we received a message via Booking.com saying the host had lost their phone. At 3:30 PM, a woman called and informed us that the cleaner did not show up and the apartment would only be ready by 6:00 PM. She asked if this was acceptable to us, to which we obviously declined, given the situation. Despite the circumstances, the host refuses to refund the payment and is ignoring our messages. We have contacted Booking.com support and will continue to pursue this matter.

The apartment was clean. Spacious and as per pictures on advert. The security access is top notch

There was a mix up in bookings however the Team handled it well and tried to find solutions to the problem, however What I did not like was not being given the heads up ahead of time of the potential issue

Place was very clean and staff is very humble.. Even they keep some toys for baby. Me and my family really like this place especially my baby was very happy bcz she had toys for play

Super clean, comfy bed, amazing location. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
