El checkin un poco lioso

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig. Wir waren zu fünft. Zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder. Man kann in zwei der Schlafzimmer NICHT lüften. Vor allem im Sommer dürfte das eine Qual sein. Die für Holland typische Scheibe zur Straße war kaputt bzw. hatte deutliche Risse. Gefallen hat uns die Lage zur Innenstadt sonst nicht viel.

Dreckige Toilette mit schiefer Sitzbrille. Kaum ausgestattete Küche. 1 Spültab. In Worten eins! Das ist echt bescheuert wenn man eine Woche bleibt und auf Grund des wenigen Geschirrs ohnehin ständig spülen muss. Es gab kein Pfannenwender oder Salatbesteck geschweige denn ein Sieb. Solche Grundausstattungsgegenstände sind ein Muss. Am Gravierendsten sind die Betten. Billige Einzelgestelle für Kinder sind vielleicht noch hinnehmbar aber für ein Ehepaar, dass gern zusammen liegt ist die Spalte zwischen den zusammengestellten Betten des Nachts der Horror herauszufliegen weil sich die Betten selbstständig machen. Die Matratzen sind fürchterliche Federkernmatratzen die jedem erholsamen Schlaf entgegenwirken. FURCHTBARE BETTEN. Der Duschabfluss war bei Ankunft verstopft und stank dementsprechend nach Kanalisation. Rohreiniger ist also die einzige Abhilfe, die zumindest vorübergehend half. Der Flur zwischen Wohnungstür und Haustür wurde ständig als Abstellkammer der Putzkolonne benutzt was selbst das schlichte Betreten und Verlassen der Wohnung behinderte. Beschwerden wurden durch eine WhatsApp KI nicht akzeptiert sodass sich daran nichts änderte. Der Aufenthalt war wenn er nicht berufliche Gründe gehabt hätte eine knappe KATASTROPHE. Wer Gastgeber sein möchte sollte seine Gäste nicht mit einer KI auflaufen lassen und dafür Dank erwarten. Absolute Vorsicht ist also denen geboten, die hier mit Familie Entspannung während eines Städtetrips suchen. SCHIMMEL im Flur und im Bad sind die Krönung eines Aufenthalts, der bei diesem Preisniveau völlig inakzeptabel ist. Bei Ankunft fanden unsere Kinder folgende Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter: Tamponverpackung auf Toilette, abgeschnittene Fußnägel zwischen den Kissen auf der ranzigen Couch und Kekskrümel im Nachtschrank. ERSPAREN Sie sich dieses Apartment und buchen Sie etwas besseres. Es sollte nicht schwer zu finden sein.

De terugbetaling van de borg was een drama.

The location was convenient.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY!!! 🚫 We were very disappointed with the service provided to us. We were not originally told there was a deposit required pre check in on this property. We booked on booking .com, even though our finances were put out by this unforeseen payment we agreed to pay it. Only to be told that we had to provide bank details to the accommodation company (alphabet apartments) after booking .com already had the bank details in question. And when we asked to be accommodated and allowed the pay via booking .com the customer service from the accommodation company (alphabet apartments) was appalling; it was rude, undermining and unhelpful. We were not allowed pay via booking .com. To my surprise booking .com was as unhelpful with this as the accommodation company. They were also rude and dismissive to our situation. Once we paid the deposit and checked in everything went smoothly until our friends staying in the apartment next door also owned by alphabet apartments told us they had Silverfish and mold. We didn’t notice anything until a few days into our stay when we found we also had Silverfish, mold in our bathroom and to top it all off our shower leaked and turned the entire bathroom into a puddle damaging our hair straightener and our hair curler in the process. It also made all of our toilet paper wet and ususable, and we had to use all four of our towels to dry up the leak. And to sum it all up the check out details or rather RULES were a bit crazy, strip beds, wash bed linen and towels, empty rubbish, fill and turn on the dishwasher. All by 11am when we had to check out. Presumably if we did not we may lose our deposit so we did it. This was a far from relaxing experience in this accommodation. It was an unnecessarily stressful experience. All in all the experience left a lot to be desired and was not at all up to standard and we are very disappointed with what we received.

L’emplacement est top. Il y a pas mal de commodités aux alentours. Le logement est assez grand pour 6 personnes.

Le code ne fonctionnait pas. On a dû attendre dans le froid après plusieurs heures de route. J’ai reçu des messages automatiques donc j’ai dû appeler le service client pour qu’ils débloquent le logement à distance. Le canapé était taché. Il n’y a pas d’aération dans les pièces, c’est très dommage. La salle de bain est très humide. Il y avait de la moisissure au plafond. Quand on se douche, il y a de l’eau partout car il n’y a pas de rideaux. Un tapis de douche aurait été tres utile également. Il n’y avait que du shampooing, pas de gel douche. Il y a pas mal d’entretiens à faire. Des plintes étaient complètement décollées. La hôte de la cuisine n’est pas entretenue. J’ai du enlever la grille pour la nettoyer. C’est dommage car il y a du potentiel mais ça manque de rigueur au niveau de l’entretien du logement. Petit conseil: Réparez les défauts et faites nettoyer le canapé surtout qu’il est déhoussable.

Het was een heerlijk ruim appartement en leuk ingericht. De locatie is top met fijne winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Het inchecken verliep wat rommelig. Het was me niet helemaal duidelijk wat het juiste adres was en de communicatie ging via veel verschillende manieren (mail/whatsapp/booking) De dakramen waren niet verduisterd, dat was nu in de winter niet zo erg maar in de zomer niet handig.
