Solar Powered Camps Bay Sea View Apartment

Great apartment ideally equipped for a self catering vacation. Quiet location with nearby mini market and petrol station. A few minutes from the beach and many restaurants on Camps Bay seafront. It’s a brisk walk for those who want to (!) but parking is relatively stress free or a uber is only a few rand. We were met and welcomed by Cecil who explained where everything was and how things worked as well as handing over the keys.

The location was just perfect for us. Close to hiking routes and camps bay but away from all the hustle and noise. The private covered parking spot was a real bonus in the heat. The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. The sea view was nice too. The hosts were very helpful….whenever we needed anything, they replied very quickly to messages. We would definitely recommend.

The bathroom fan was linked to the light and it is very noisy. It would have been super helpful if they were separate as during the night, you wake the entire apartment up just turning on the bathroom light!

Absolutely lovely and super comfortable. Easy to access town.

The property had a great view, about 15-20 mins walk to Camps Bay Beach. Camps Bay is a great place to stay! The Host was very communicative, helpful and responsive with my stay. Location is beautiful, property is very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, accessible and safe. Also thanks for the biscuits and other goodies ;-)

The plug sockets are the 3 point sockets, thanks for leaving adapters but I struggled a bit with converters ,would be nice to have more flexible options for international plugs.

Everything about the apartment was superb. Same as advertised. Very secured and quite place with a lovely sea view from the balcony. The place makes you feel at home far from your own home.

great location, nice views, comfy bed- great decor great off street parking for 1 small car - I would stay here again - the kitchen and cooking facilities are also good

we had to wait about half an hr for someone to come and drop off the keys when they said he would only be 10 mins so this was really frustrating- they need a key safe!!!

Kitchen appliances and kitchenware could do with an upgrade There is no sea view from within the apartment. It’s misleading to sell it as a sea view apartment. The apartment faces a dark brick wall. The security gate is quite difficult to open. There is very little outdoor lighting and quite dangerous at night with with steep staircase in the dark.
