BEDLINEN ARE INCLUDED IN ALL PRICES! Please note that towels are not included in the room rate when you book a dorm, you can rent them on site. In all private rooms the towel are included. Guests arriving outside of check-in hours are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance, using the details found on the booking confirmation. GRAD Hotel requires that the credit card holder's name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show valid ID or PASSPORT upon check-in. When booking for 8 or more people, different policies and additional supplements may apply (contact us for more information)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
