Location is really nice , late check in was available and stuff was helpful with instructions

Terrible smell in the room, it smelled like dirty public toilet. You can’t open any windows and ventilation in the room just makes noise, but there is no air to breathe. Terrible smell in the bathrooms. Very sticky carpet floors in the room and whole hotel, from where smell comes from. Even tho bed sheets didn’t smell bad, it had someone’s hairs and everything in the room had bad smell including pillows and mattress.

The location was convenient and the property was reasonably easy to reach.

The room was excessively hot and the fan provided did not make a meaningful difference, which made it very difficult to sleep on both nights. I reported the issue during the stay through Booking.com and requested a room change or another practical solution, but no remedy was provided before the second night. I was later told there was an emergency number, but I had not been made aware of this before the issue occurred.
