I like the location and its a fair price

The apartmant is cozy, it is a shame that the owners are not taking proper care of it.

I don't know who are the people in the coments that are saying that the apartmant is clean, which led me to book it. When I first came in I saw STAINS on the bedsheets! Stains all over the kitchen tiles and also on the doors all over the apartmant as it was never cleaned before. And as it was not bad enough, there were no functional window cover so in order to have privacy from the neighbours I put a blanket over the window! Such a shame to rent an apartmant in that condition..

Розташування для нас було просто чудове: недалеко від залізничного вокзалу, до автобусного вокзалу пару зупинок трамваю. До центру теж близько. Квартира гарна, є все, що потрібно на кілька днів. Фен, праска, микрохвильовка, міні-плита (не користувалися). Будинок старий, вхід трохи незрозумілий у перший раз, але господар детально все описав, тож все знайшли досить швидко. Центрального опалення нема (чи то так здалося, бо батарей наче нема), але є електричні обігрівачі. Було трохи прохолодно, але не холодно (але й на вулиці був плюс). Можна вийти у внутрішній дворик та посидіти там за столиком ,напевне, це класно, коли на вулиці тепло. Гарна ціна, порівнянна з хостелами або кімнатами зі спільною ванною, але ж тут окрема квартира з усіма зручностями.

Хотілося б більше рушників, бо одного трохи замало. В кімнаті волого, прямо вода збиралася на вікнах. У ванній кімнаті кран чи ще щось інколи видає дивні звуки) Спочатку навіть злякались) Але в принципі недоліки несуттєві. Загалом все добре, особливо враховуючи ціну.

The apartment was fully equipped, very well located, and clean. Maybe just as a small suggestion, it would be nice to have some basic ingredients like salt, pepper, and oil, but that’s just an extra touch, everything was really top overall.

It was easy to get keys but for the first time it was a bit difficult to find a room/apartment even owner had sent many photos how to get there. There read name of apartment in a door (not see at first). It is a bit hard to walk in stairs to people who have "bad legs" etc. Room was nice and there was everything we needed, like fridge and microwave. Happy for the most of the things.

Bed was really uncomfortable.
