Bedding and towels were strange and cheap bedsheet tied in knots n no blanket...towels plastic cheap korean rubbish didn't sleep toss turn fighting sheets falling off.

Kandi palace is a great property always

The room lacked some things like some coffee sugar and washing hygiene stuff like soap also not the cleanest room with a dirty shower curtain that needs replacement

Central location. Comfortable once we settled in.

Issues with check in. Door lock was loose and would not lock. Maintenance had to replace the door knob and the lock. We arrived a little early after a 18hr flight, but Kandi palace checkin head staff refuse us to leave our luggage with them so we could get some food. She was a bit dismissive with us. Later found out we rented a third party studio, aside from studios that Kandi Palace rents. The reason the head checkin staff was rude and dismissive when we arrive, and why we couldn’t leave our luggage to freshen up while waiting for our room.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more.

not much of a view

Great bed. Great quiet aircon. The kitchen could use a toaster and a few more dishes and wine glasses. But otherwise it was excellent.
