"Comfortable room close to everything."

Nice sized studio apartment with comfortable bed, smart TV and a split system air conditioning unit which is a must have for me. Worth staying for the air con alone as those window rattlers are all too common in PH. Also has a decent sized balony.

No breakfast included but plenty of options within walking distance.
